Thank you for shopping with The Vogue Wear. We provide premium-quality unstitched women’s wear, and your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are unstitched fabrics, returns are accepted only if:
The product delivered is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong design, color, or article).
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Stitched or altered products
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling (cutting, washing, stitching, etc.)
3. Return Process

Request a Return: Contact us at [insert your customer support email or WhatsApp number] within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order details and pictures showing the issue.

Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Send the Item Back: Ship the product back to our return address (shared upon approval). The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the product was incorrect or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For urgent changes, contact us immediately at [insert your support contact].
